How much is shipping for my item?
Shipping costs are listed below for the US. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (US):
$5 Flat Rate for orders up to $75 USD
Free Shipping for orders over $75 USD
Local Pickup is available for the Tampa, FL area ONLY at this time and can be arranged for parts TN and GA as we travel through there 2-3 times a year. If this method is picked upon checkout and you are not in these areas, your order will be cancelled.
Parts Shipping - for parts ONLY $3 USD. Orders for non-parts orders, will have an invoice sent requesting additional funds to cover shipping. Non-trackable, first class mail. For trackable orders for parts, choose $5 Flat Rate shipping.

How soon will you ship my items?
Items are typically shipped the weekend after an order is placed. Holidays may delay shipping.
Is insurance included in the price of shipping?
Insurance is not included in the prices quoted for shipping. There is an additional cost for insurance. You will need to use the Contact Us if you need insurance as it will need to be custom added.
For international orders, insurance is only an option for Priority Mail. First class international mail cannot be insured.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
It is VERY rare when this happens, but it can. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages that are sent to us or sent by us. We recommend insurance for items that you cannot afford to lose.
If you have a loss that is insured we will assist you as much as possible with an insurance claim. Please note that any compensation will come from the insurer (Post Office) and not us.

Do you negotiate on pricing?
We try to be competitively priced already compared to the market, but if you think our asking price is a little high, send us an offer via the "Ask a Question About This Product" form. If buying a quantity of items, please indicate this in your email as larger purchases will give you greater leverage for negotiation on pricing.
How will you fill out customs forms for my order?
We are required to fill out customs forms on international orders. These forms will be filled out with accurate contents and values. We can not legally fill them out with any other information.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or other fees that are charged by your government may charge you for ordering from the United States. Please check with your local government on what items can and cannot be imported as well as tax rules for imported items. We are not responsible for items confiscated by your government due to violation of import/export laws.

Will you ship internationally?
Absolutely! You will need to contact us prior to purchasing and we can add your country to our shipping tables.
For orders with First Class International, please keep in mind that there is no tracking option and I am not responsible for lost/missing packages.
